Abstract
The injection system,automation system,ventilation and dust removal system,charging system etc.of 150 t ultra high power EAF at Tianjin Pipe Co.,Ltd.were revamped.And combined with rational power supply technology,intensification of oxygen supply and optimization of burden structure,the comprehensive technology on energy saving for ultra high power EAF steelmaking was developed without changing furnace type,transformer capacity and full cold charge(scrap,pig iron,DRI).Then the productivity of EAF was raised,the average power consumption is about 393.29 kW·h/t.
