Abstract

DENG Xiao-ping's outlook of development holds that the nature and the basic objective is to enrich people,and the decisive force of development is people,who is also the final judge of the development.Therefore,the people-oriented thought constitutes the core of DENG's outlook of development.The outlook of scientific development serves as inheritance and development of DENG's outlook of development.Once the core of people-oriented thought is grasped can we correctly implement the outlook of scientific development.
