Wild Plant Resources under Special Province Protection and Their Value in Wenshan Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province

The paper investigates the wild plant resources under special province protection in Wenshan state of Yunnan Province and classifies the types of plant resources.The result shows that 42 families,56 genera,58 species,2 subspecies and 4 varieties under special province protection are distributed in Wenshan state.There are 13 categories of plants,of which landscaping,ornamental plant species are the most abundant resources,followed by the timber resources of plants,then medicinal resources plant and fragrant resources plant,plant resources with high academic scientific research value,the pigment plant resources,oil plant resources,edible plant resources,plant resources for soil and water conservation,insecticidal plant resources,textile fiber plants sources,feed plant resources and rubber plant resources in turn.
