Abstract
In order to testify the effect of an autoinhibitor by Isochrysis galbana on the growth rate and biochemical contents, four phases in the growth process were selected. It is indicated that as the culture were older, the biochemical contents was declined and the growth rate appeared subtractive.Lack of the nutrition is not the primary factor which limits the growth of cells. It is suggested that an autoinhibitor was produced gradually during the growth of Isochrysis galbana, which not only effect the growth of Isochrysis galbana, but also the biochemical contents.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
