Suggestions on Improvement of the Company System of Criminal Legislation

This paper first examines the shortcomings of the current company criminal legislation from three aspects of legislative model,crime and punishment assignment,and then,based on the experience of other countries and regions carrying out the Continental Law system,the paper further suggests improving the current company criminal legislation,with the purpose to better use criminal law for second adjustment in economic activities,ensure the smooth run of the company system,and protect the legitimate interests.
