Abstract

Company system realizes the centralization of social capitals,laying the basis for market system and productivity progress.However,it is taken use of by many economic crimes.Even though prescribed in disrupting the order of company and enterprise,our Criminal Law still has some articles against practical situations.Interference with management order is from the immature of corporate system.With the revision of Company Law and the mature of its idea,revision of legislative organs and legislation concerned is on the way.
