Analysis on Cost Control and Management of Construction Engineering Enterprises

Aiming at the problems that existed in the cost budget, accounting and cost control of the construction engineering, the main forms of the problems and the reasons that caused the problems were both analyzed in detail. Based on the analysis, the discussion about how to enhance and improve the cost control and management of construction engineering was carried out, and some measurement and suggestions were pointed out from the three aspects, which were improvement of the cost control system construction,the development of advanced technology of the cost control, and the training the talent with the ability of cost control and management.All this work is significant to help to enhance the level of cost control and management for construction engineering enterprises.
