Abstract
Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) on children in the city of Wuhan. Method: The results of S.aureus sensitive experiment on 32 samples (from blood and others tissue) in the year of 2001 were analyzed. Result: The rate of sensitivity to ampicillin/sulbtan was 59.17% higher than that to single ampicillin usad 10 years ago. Conclusion: The sensitive rate of S.aureus to β-lactamases was lowered, but, however, after the β-lactamases inhibitor, was added the sensitive rate improved evidently.
