Abstract
Objective To investigate diagnostic value and safety of percutaneous CT-guided fine needle lung biopsy in pulmonary occupying lesions. Methods CT scan technique was used to determine locality of fine needle lung biopsy. Results The diagnosis was confirmed by needle biopsy in 42 patient(87.5%).The complications included mild pneumothorax, pulmonary bleeding and small hemoptysis.None complication happened. Conclusion Percutaneous CT-guided needle biopsy is safe and effective in the diagnosis of pulmonary occupying lesions.
