The Clinical Significance of Fractures in Patients with Serum D-dimer in the Detection of Postoperative Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective Explore the D-dimer testing the significance of fractures in patients with DVT.Method Using colloidal gold method to detect D-dimer in 486 patients to the hospital to check.Results Fractures in patients with DD the number of positive cases to 258 cases,the positive rate was 53.09%;days after surgery,fractures in patients with DD-positive cases was 129,the positive rate of 26.54%;7 days after surgery,fractures in patients with DDpositive cases,56 positiverate of 11.52%.Statistical analysis,the postoperative 3d,7d DD positive rate compared with preoperative significant difference(P0.01).48cases of postoperative DVT are postoperative 3d,7d DD continuous positive.Conclusion Fractures in patients with DD as the disease occurred,postoperative DD continues to rise should be alert to the formation of DVT is to be given preventive treatment.
