Abstract
The report of the 16th session of the Communist Party of China raised the goal of building the socialist politics Obviously to comprehend the politics civilization correctively is a task of top priority. The politics civilization is closely related with constitutionalism in the modern society. The modern politics civilization is the civilization of constitutionalism which is a symbol of modern politics civilization. Only by achieving constitutionalism can we have true politics civilization. To achieve constitutionalism in all-round way is the key to build the socialist politics civilization.
