Abstract
Political civilization is the progress appearance of political life in human society , constitutionalism evolves from the development of political civilization, it is the product of the latter one, constitutionalism is the inner core of political civilization in modern times, it enriches and deduces the latter one. Nowadays, at the moment of constructing socialist political civilization, we should take all the ways to push socialist constitutionalism construction, and improve the development of socialist political civilization.
