Abstract

By using MS as the basic medium,effects of BA concentration,NAA concentration,dark treatment and AgNO3 concentration on differentiation of adventitious buds from Jatropha curcas leaves are studied with the orthogonal design method.The best differentiation of adventitious buds is obtained from MS medium supplemented with BA 2.0 mg/L,NAA 0.5 mg/L,AgNO3 0 mg/L through a 14-day dark treatment.
