Abstract

AIM To explore a fingerprint method for quality control of Shuanghuanglian Injection(Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Scutellariae Radix,Forsythiae Fructus).METHODS The samples were determined by Waters Alliance 2695 HPLC with Phenomenex Luna C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),by gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at 40 ℃ column temperature,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.RESULTS The fourteen common peaks were established based on the fourteen batches of Shuanghuanglian Injection,which of ten components were identified as neochlorogenic acid,chlrogenic acid,cyptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid B,A,and C,caffeic acid,forsythiaside,scutellarin,and scutellarein.CONCLUSION The mothod is stable,accurate and creditable,meanwhile it provides useful information for the quality control of Shuanghuanglian Injection.
