Study on College-graduate Village Official 's Re-employment Dilemma and Countermeasure——Take Guilin Area as an example

College students' village official policy is a major strategic decision made by the CPC in order to relieve employment pressure, support the new rural construction, develop back-up personnel of the party and government organs. Since the implementation of it, there are numerous problems in spite of remarkable achievements, especially the College-graduate village official's re-employment. The solving of the problems is directly related to the stability of the college students' village official group and in relation to the effectiveness of the important strategic decision's implementation. This article is based on the way of questionnaire, interview, etc, we did on-the-spot investigation to the College students' village officials of Guilin, got depth understanding of the situation of College-graduate village official 's re-employment,analyses the problem exists during the re-employment, and proposed the countermeasure and the suggestion combined with the theory.
