Abstract

Objective To analyse white matter anisotropy(FA)values in patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and explore the FA value for the diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment. Methods Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)in 18 patients with MCI(MCI group)and 18 age-matched healthy volunteers(.control group)were analyzed, head DTI scans were performed with GE Signa Excite 1.5 T MR system,2 groups were measured bilateral temporal lobe white matter, lateral front corner narration quality, medial frontal and parietal subcortical while matter FA values, and compare the measurement results. Results Bilateral anterior horn of the lateral ventricle MCI group narration quality, right temporal lobe and right parietal white matter inside the subcortical white matter FA values lower than the healthy control group(P0.05)The bilateral medial frontal subcortical white matter, bilateral posterior horn of the lateral ventricle narration nature, left temporal lobe white matter, left parietal subcortical white matter and media]corpus callosum and the press section FA values between the two groups showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Bilateral anterior horn of the lateral ventricle quality narration, right temporal lobe and right parietal white matter inside the subcortical white matter FA values decrease as early diagnosis of MCI imaging indicator for early intervention and improve the patient's quality of life is important.
