Abstract
Right ventricular function is an important indicator of heart disease.Normal echocardiography has shortness in evaluating the changes of right ventricular function because of the complex anatomic structure of right ventricle.The new technologies detecting the right ventricular function,including doppler tissue imaging,strain imaging,real time three-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging,make up the disadvantages of normal echocardiography,which contribute to evaluate the right ventricular function.
