Abstract
Deregulation movement developed during Ford Administration,which involve elimination of market entry restriction,price regulation as well as other restrictions on enterprise activities.It touches many aspects such as electricity,natural gas,railway,airline,road transportation,telecommunication,banking etc.As adjustment to the traditional regulation system,it leads to decrease of operation cost and price,enlarges the sphere of industry,and change social status of trade unions.
