Abstract

Intangibility of intellectual property describes the intangibleness of the subject matters of knowledge's property which is the root of intellectual property and is intangible because of its underlying the earth deeply.The specificity of intellectual property and tangible property is distinct in its origin,excludability and derivative rights.The territorial character of intellectual property arises from its concessions and each nation protects the same kind of right of knowledge's property with its own intellectual property law.In addition,the branches of intellectual property law artificially establish territorial limits for different items of intellectual property.Intellectual property neither comes out with knowledge nor exits for ever.It will come into common knowledge once it is expired.
