New Demonstration on Characters of Intellectual Property ——Analysis on Differences between Intellectual Property and Tangible Property

Intellectual property is intangible property in essence. This thesis discusses four characters of Intellectual property by comparing it with tangible property: intangibility of object,relative monopoly,limitation of legal effect in time and space,the indefinite scope of right protection.
