Influence of China's Entering Into the WTO on the Agricultural Development in Northwest Part of China

China's entering into the World Trade Organization will have great positive influence on the north-western agriculture development in various aspects:mentality transition, structure adjustment,export enviroment and system innovation. It will also put much pressure on current agriculture structure,market share, scientific and technological development and farmer's interests. In order to meet the challenges brought by the WTO and realize the leaping advance in agriacltural economy, the northwestern areas should develop agriculture's large scale operation, improve agricultural structure of production,quicken the development of agricultural technologies,expand farm and livestock products primary processing industries and practise government's interference with agricultural economy properly.
