The Analysis of Two Methods for Taking Blood in Blood Routine Examination

Abstract

Objective To study the difference from analyzing vein blood and peripheral blood by blood analyzer.Methods Taking vein blood and peripheral blood from 80 patients,and using blood analyze to get the results.To compare the difference between vein blood and peripheral blood.Results It displayed a marked difference among WBC,RBC,HGB,MCH,MCHC,PLT.Conclusion It is better to drawing vein blood to analyze.
