Abstract
Based on MATLAB software,the Fraunhofer diffraction field of rectangular aperture was simulated and the three-dimensional distributions of Fraunhofer diffraction with different parameters were obtained.The simulation results were output in the form of color grid,which helped us to observe the details of the diffraction patterns.Our results were consistent with the experimental results.As an auxiliary teaching means,the method provids us complete and clear three-dimensional graph of Fraunhofer diffraction from a rectangular aperture,and helps us to profoundly understood the diffraction phenomenon and characteristic.
