Abstract

Effects of Na2WO4 concentration,pH value, temperature and time on the deposition rate, hardness, porosity corrosion resistance and corrosion potential of electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P,were studied so as to improve the deposition rate, hardness and anti-corrosion properties of electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P respectively. The optimum process, composed of Na2WO4(30~40 g/L),pH 9,temperatures(85~90 ℃),1.5 h,was obtained. The study provided a solid base for obtaining a desired quality electroless plating Ni-W-Mo-P.
