Abstract

[Methods] The method of simultaneous analysis of florfenicol(FF) and mebendazole(MBZ) residues in aquatic product was developed with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The sample was extracted with alkalescent acetonitrile water solution, salted out by sodium chloride, degreased by acetonitrile saturated n-hexane and concentrated. The residues were detected by HPLC and quantified with external standard method.[Results] The linear ranges were 0.10-1.00 mg/kg for florfenicol and 0.01-0.10 mg/kg for mebendazole, the correlation coefficients were bigger than 0.99,recoveries were 81.2-102.4%,with relative standard deviations from 1.2-7.5%.The quantificational detection limits were 0.10 mg/kg for florfenicol and 0.01 mg/kg for mebendazole.[Conclusions] The method was convenient, rapid, and reproducible. It was suitable for the detection in aquatic product for import and export.
