Abstract

It was investigated about effects of nutrient conditions on lignin peroxidase(LiP) activity. After optimum of medium, LiP activity gets to 7560 U/L and suitable productive time is 6 d in static condition. Having crude enzyme of LiP from static culture to degrade rice straw, the degrading rate of lignin is 9.4% at the 4th day. Through IR spectrum analysis of extractive products of degraded and undegraded rice staw by crude enzyme of LiP from static culture, it is found main reaction was oxidative reaction in lignin biodegrading process.
