Abstract
As a Neo-Confucianist, Yang Shi not only studied academic ideas, but also cared about politics. He inherited the early Confucianism and suggested ways and means positively to save nation. He attempted to carry out his ambitions of bringing good government to the state and peace to the world, in order to save the situation of numerous long - standing abuses. Yang Shi proposed political ideas that leaders found out one and appointed him correctly, just ruling in power, keeping sense of benevolence, regarding the people as the wound, resisting Jin dynasty and opposed sue for peace by cession of territory etc.
