Wang Bi is a civilian philosopher and educator.He follows with interests in the people and their livelihood.He asks the rulers of his time to apply a policy of benevolence,to treat people kindly,and to assist the people so as to let them live a comparatively comfortable life.He makes many valuable contributions for the people.
