Abstract
In this study,we used Hylarana latouchii as the material to find novel antimicrobial peptides from native organism. Two different cDNAs encoding two novel antimicrobial peptide precursors were cloned by 3' RACE technique from skin of H.latouchii.There was no homologous sequence with these two cDNA sequences by blasting analyse. These two novel antimicrobial peptide precursors were named as latouchiin-1 and latouchiin-2.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
