Abstract
A full length cDNA library of Hoplobatrachus rugulosus skin tissue was constructed with the SMART technique.A special primer was designed from a highly conserved domain of the signal peptide of antimicrobial peptide encoding cDNAs from ranid frogs. Two different cDNA sequences encoding precursor proteins named tigerinin-HR1 and tigerinin-HR2 were screened from the library by PCR.tigerinin-HR1 and tigerinin-HR2 were the first found encoding cDNA sequences of antimicrobial peptide from H.rugulosus.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
