Innovative Education is Maximum Education

The key to the cultivation of innovative talents is establishing innovative education thoughts appropriate to the cultivation target.This paper starts by investigating definitions and implications about innovative talents at home and abroad.It studies and summaries the main quality characteristics that innovative talents need to have.According to the shaping and cultivation of the quality characteristics,several practical measures for the cultivation of innovative talents are proposed.On the basis of comparing the difference in understandings of innovation at home and abroad,together with the analysis of current status of domestic higher education,it is concluded that our popular undergraduate education is average education.Furthermore,it proposes that innovative education should be maximum education.Finally,the four characteristics of maximum education are primarily analyzed.
