Abstract
With the development of global economy, there must be a new breakthrough in our education and the key of it lies in innovation. By analyzing the essential conditions the innovative ability and innovative talents should possess, this paper points out that the present educational patterns are not beneficial to train innovative talents, and it puts forward some ways of developing innovative ability in quality education.
