Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Ginkgoliloba leave flavonoids(GBLF)on decreasing of blood lipid level. Methods:To make use of high blood lipid rats model. The high blood lipid rats randomized classify as four groups:high blood lipid model group (NS),dan xiang jiang Zhi ke li group(1000 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ),GBLF low dose group (20 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ),GBLF high dose group (40 mg·kg· -1 ig -1 ).After administration d14 and d18,the blood chlesterol (TC) and Triglyceide (TG) were assayed. Results : GBLF could reduce TC and TG ,apparent difference was found be tween the GBLF group and the model group (P001).Conclusion:GBLF may reduce apparently the blood lipid level in rats.
