Further Reform of Political System Calls for New Development in Political Culture

The reform process of political system is largely influenced by the development of political culture;therefore,further reform of the political system calls for new development of the political culture.To construct a political culture with Chinese characteristics conforming with the current situation,it is necessary to enrich the connotation of system culture,process culture and decision-making culture,and facilitate the reform process through the following four paths: the adoption of democratic political operation,the market orientation of political production,the popularization of political values and the socialized selection of political talents.
