The clinical effect observation of decoction of removing blood stasis in treatment of uterine myoma

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of decoction of removing blood stasis in treatment of uterine myoma.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with uterine myoma in our gynaecology and obstetrics department of hospital was analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment measures,concluding the control group(guizhi fuling pills treatment group) of 100 cases and observation group(decoction of removing blood stasis treatment group) of 100 cases.The clinical efficacy of two groups and the changes of tumor volume were compared.Results The tumor volume of the observation group reduced obviously after treatment,which was better than that of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the con trol group,there was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The tumor volume of patients with uterine myoma who are treated by removing blood stasis of TCM reduces significantly,their clinical symptoms improves significantly,and its effect is good.
