Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect by self-made analgesic and stasis removing decoction in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods A total of 102 endometriosis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given medroxyprogesterone tablets by oral administration, and the observation group received self-made analgesic and stasis removing decoction. Curative effects and follow-up outcomes of the two groups were compared. ResultsThe total rate of improvement in the observation group as 94.12% was higher than 78.43% in the control group(P0.05). The observation group had lower indexes of whole blood viscosity(low-cut), whole blood viscosity(highcut), and plasma viscosity than the control group(P0.05). Follow-up showed that the observation group had higher pregnancy rate and lower relapse rate than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion Self-made analgesic and stasis removing decoction provides significant clinical effect in treating endometriosis. It can decrease pelvic mass, and increase pregnancy rate with low relapse rate as well.
