Effect of Trimetazidine on Angina Pectoris after Coronary Intervention

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of trimetazidine on angina pectoris after coronary intervention. Methods96 patients with angina pectoris after coronary intervention in our hospital from February to December 2013,were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group used conventional treatment,observation group used trimetazidine based on conventional treatment. The effect of two methods on angina pectoris were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05).Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups before and after treatment were no significant difference( P 0. 05). The two groups after treatment of angina duration,seizure frequency were decreased,and the observation group declined more than control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with conventional method in the treatment of coronary angina pectoris patients,can effectively improve the attack of angina pectoris,does not affect the heart rate,blood pressure,safe and reliable.
