Abstract
There is a pair of contradictory between financial liberalization and financial security for developing countries. It is impossible to change to the state of insufficient financial competition and system inefficiency if the strategy of financial liberalization is not put into effect. However, if the strategy is put into effect, it might result in fragility of economic system and affect financial security. This paper analyzes the theory and practice of foreign financial liberalization, associates the state of China's financial industry with the prospects of foreign financial organization in our country, puts forward the genesis in defence of China's financial security.
