A Discussion on Financial Security in the Opening Financial Market of China

Abstract

Financial liberalization can challenge and threaten the financial security by bringing foreign banks' impact to the domestic financial market,decreasing the ability of government's regulation,weakening the effect of central bank's monetary policy,and increasing the financial system's external risk of international capital flows' affecting as well.Therefore,in order to protect China's financial security in a thoroughly opening financial market,establishing a sound financial regulation,building a financial early warning and monitoring system on international capital flows,strengthening international financial supervision cooperation are absolutely necessary.
