A framework is proposed for analyzing work requirements and the experience of work.It comprises activities including the work requirements and interdependencies between individuals and external environment.It also shows the objective characters of work as activities and interactions,and the subjective experience that constitutes work for individuals.The framework is available for the development and implementation of TVET curriculums.
