Strengthening Supervision for the Abstract Administrative Actions

Many problems existed in our country's present abstract administrative actions, such as department's interests legalizing, repeated legislation, legislation beyond one's power. They are mainly caused by the imperfect supervision mechanism of the current abstract administrative behavior. Therefore,the power departments should further strengthen their supervision to the abstract administrative actions, strengthening the democratic procedure in the abstract administrative actions, enduing the administrative reconsideration of the abstract administrative behaviors to the administrative relative people, establishing judicial investigation to abstract administrative administration.
