Abstract

College Counselors' work is not only a process of ideological and political education,but also a process of personal communication.Whether ideological and political education can achieve much or little depends,to a great extent,on the communication between counselors and students.Upon analysis of the work of the higher vocational colleges,the article discusses in some respects how to improve the communication ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges.
