Exploration on Counselors' Work of Higher Vocational Colleges

Work of counselors should take the scientific outlook on development as the guidance, adhere to the correct political orientation, put people in the first place; be willing to make a dedication, forge ahead, be keen on innovations, and create more effective new methods on student work. The paper analyzes the capabilities that counselors of higher vocational colleges should have and expounds the methods and contents of counselors' work of higher vocational colleges.
