Abstract

In this virulence assay,leaf dipping method was used to determine Plutella xylostella(L.).resistance to 5% Indoxacarb EC in Zhangjiakou area.The result showed that LC50 of Plutella xylostella(L) was 0.138,and resistance multiple was 0.02.It indicates that 5% Indoxacarb EC is of high insecticidal activity to Plutella xylostella(L.),i.e.which is sensitive to 5% Indoxacarb EC.
