Clinlical Observation on Curative Effect of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure for Cervical Erosion

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)UHF radio frequency for cervical erosion(CE).Methods 110 cases of CE were treated by LEEP,and the length of operational time,bleeding volume in the operation,amount of vaginal discharge after the operation,the length of bleeding time and cervical repair were observed.Results Follow-up was 3 months.108 cases(98.18%)were cured,2 cases(0.02%)were effective.The average surgery time was 2.58±0.66 minutes.The bleeding amount was less than 10 ml.9 cases(8.18%)had the colporrhagia.No infectious case was found.Conclusion The curative effect of LEEP for CE is significant,operation is simple and safe with short time of vagina bleeds and renovation,small amount of vaginal discharge,less side effect and high curative ratio.LEEP is worth to be generalized in clinic.
