Abstract
Study of the ionic associate that is compounded of Cadmium( Ⅱ)-KSCN-Rhodamine. By micro filter membrane, the compound and the membran were dissolved in DMSO,and a new spectrophotometric method was presented for the determination of trace Cadmium( Ⅱ) by spectrophotometric determination of absorbance of the organic solution system. Its maximum absorption is 580 nm with molar absorptivity being 6. 85 × 105 L / mol·cm and the detection limit is 6. 77 × 10- 10 g / m L,the linear range is 0. 001 ~ 0. 14 μg / m L. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of Cadmium( Ⅱ) in water and food samples, and the satisfied results were obtained.
