Abstract

Agricultural subsidies and countervailing are inherent unity.There are many problems in China's current agricultural subsidies and countervailing legal system,such as lack of clear support for subsidies.Under the WTO commitments,China fully abolishes agricultural export subsidies.With the further opening up the market in the DOHA ROUND,agriculture is facing an increasingly grim reality challenge.It is necessary to substantiate the agricultural production and management(services) of the main,clear the scope of agricultural subsidies,highlight key points of agricultural subsidies,strengthen agriculture subsidy countervailing and other aspects.
