Analysis on Agricultural Subsidies in China under the WTO Framework

After China entering into WTO, according to the relevant WTO principles and the relevant provisions of the agreement on agriculture, our agricultural development is facing enormous challenges. In particular, the Doha Round is stalled, because of countries on the issue of agricultural subsidies. In this context,it is particularly important to reexamine the issue of agricultural subsidies in China. So this paper is based on WTO rules about agricultural subsidies within the framework of a specific,and then analyze the status quo and problems of China's agricultural subsidies. Thus it proposed idea to further regulate China's agricultural subsidies policies.
