The Structure on the Cultural Foreign Strategy of China in the New Century

After the cold war,the cultural foreign strategy of China is facing with challenges of Western culture,including the globality expansion of the Western negative culture,the threat from information hegemony,and the strike of culture production.At the same time,cultural globalization and cultural multiplicity provide some chances for our cultural foreign stratagy.In the new century,China should take measures to construct cultural foreign strategy of for safeguarding national interests,national sovereignty and national security.
