Abstract
The cultural globalization challenges the cultural sovereignty in the process of economic globalization. China must build the cultural strategy. China must uphold the entity of opening to the outside world and nationality, as well as the entity of defending the cultural sovereignty and respecting the cultural diversify of the world. We must persist in the entity of humanism and the public culture. China safeguards the national interest through merging the culture as well as oppose the hegemonism and isolationism.
